- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is shipped:

What If I Am Absent?
- If you're unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or re-scheduling.
- Packages with incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be returned to us. We will contact you to verify your address; additional shipping fees may be applied for reshipment.
Customs & International Fees
- We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) across the globe.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival; these must be paid directly to your local customs authorities.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for extra charges.
